My name is Sara Zeldenrust

I founded Ride the Wave Psychology because I believe that understanding and regulating your nervous system is the key to finding calm, balance, and resilience in life’s ups and downs.

My Background & Approach

I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta, Canada. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma. Drawing on evidence-based frameworks—such as mindfulness-based practices, CBT strategies, DBT skills, and neuroscience—I hope to use this platform and my Youtube Channel to teach simple, science-backed tools you can use anywhere to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner sense of safety to weather life's storms.  Although I am a therapist with a private practice this site and my channel are intended for educational purposes only and are not a subsitue for therapy.​​
